We took our kids for a weekend break at 33 Valentia Place in Newcastle. The house was beautiful and very comfortable, with a nice backyard and patio. It was a stone's throw away from the main town, with shops, amusements, and the beach all close by. Conor, our host, was very nice and always available if we needed anything. The kids had a great time, and there was plenty to watch on Netflix for a quiet night in. The beds were also very comfy and the bath/shower was a good size. We would definitely love to come back again.
We do recommend this hotel.

We had a great time at 33 Valentia Place in Newcastle. We traveled with our children who have additional needs, and finding a hotel that meets our requirements can be challenging. This hotel was perfect for us and at a reasonable price. The location was fantastic, with everything we needed just a stone's throw away - shops, amusements, the beach, and more. The backyard with a patio was a nice bonus, and the host Conor was very friendly and available for any assistance we needed. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and there was plenty of entertainment on Netflix. We would definitely love to come back.

Great location, close to shops, amusements, and beach. Very comfy beds and good size bath/shower. Host was nice and on call.
Windows let in a lot of noise, could hear everything happening outside and on the main street. The house could use a deep clean, more cutlery, fresher towels, and newer sheets.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything with shops, bars, restaurants, amusements, and the beach just a short walk away. The house was beautifully presented, clean, and spacious. The bedrooms were immaculate and the beds were comfortable. It was great to have a host like Conor who was helpful and responsive throughout our stay.
The house could have used a good deep clean and some improvements. The back garden couldn't be used due to seagulls and their chicks.

The windows in the front of the house let in a lot of noise from the Main Street, which made it difficult to sleep at night.
